We use PeerSync Workstation here, and somehow today I made some change and now Workstation appears in the taskbar in addition to the system tray, though nothing seems to happen when you try to open it from the taskbar. This isn't a problem as much as just an annoyance. I'd like to get it out of the taskbar. How can I do that?

manyou07,
Please do the following:
Go into your task manager and end task the following:
- peersync.exe
- psprofiler.exe
Now go into your PeerSync installation folder and look for this file:
-psdef.cfg
Delete the above file
Reopen the PeerSync Profiler from the Start -->Programs menu
You will be prompted for your registration information
Enter your registrations
You should now see the PeerSync Profiler when minimized.
Please post a reply if further assistance is needed

I have actually been emailing tech support the past couple weeks about this issue. They had given me a new PSDEF.CFG file, which didn't resolve it, upgrade to v7.1.10, wich didn't resolve it, and yesterday the tech took control of my computer to see for himself what was happening, and he said he needed to speak to the developers to figure out what's going on. If you have any ideas beyond that, I'd love to hear them.
