Peersync 7.1.6 ..service terminated unexpectedly

Dear PS Support

I encountered a service failure in Peersync 7.1.6 recently. Just checking what could have caused it and how we can prevent this from happening again..

The PeerSync Professional Series Software service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

As for the log (see below..), it looks normal prior to the incident. The only regular changes we have on this server is the Symantec virus definition updates..

Any ideas how to tackle this..?

Rocsta,

Did any entries appear in the PSError.log file in the PeerSync directory?
