Hello,
I would like to clarify something. Following is the scenario. 1. hardware - 2 NAS machines (both running on Linux) & a Windows server machine 2. A custom built application running on the Windows machine that writes data into one of the NAS machine. Requirement:- Synchronize the 2 NAS machines continuously. Can any of the PeerSync product (workstation/server/high volume server) be used to achieve the above. Regards, Sreejith |

Sreejith,
PeerSync must run on the Windows operating system. You could then set the configuration to run scheduled jobs to synchronize the two Linux computers. This would have to be scheduled (as opposed to real-time) since PeerSync can only monitor real-time events on the local computer where it is running. Since PeerSync can only run on the Windows OS, in your case the source (and target) will be remote machines. If a scheduled synchronization meets your requirements then I would recommend downloading a trial of PeerSync using the link below. http://www.peersoftware.com/products/peersync/peersync.aspx -------------------- Peer Software, Inc.
