Email reporting

I am having difficulties with the email reporting tool. Even though, I configured the email reporting to send me an email ones a day, the application is sending me email every minute. Any help will be really apprecieted.

Alberto,

Do you have PeerSync configured to do a scan every minute? If so make sure you turn off the Email Reporting > Advanced Settings > “After each scan…” and “After each scan/cycle even if no events occurred” options. Restart the PeerSync service or application so that the changes take effect.

Send us your .SNC Profile and Log files to support@peersoftware.com if you continue to have problems. They are located in your PeerSync installation folder by default.
